1Who we are
Adventure Wise Trips & Tours Ltd. (trips@adventurewise.com, +1 (876) 555-0142) is a licensed tour operator registered in Jamaica, company no. 98765, at 12 Hope Road, Kingston 10.
2Booking a trip
A seat is reserved when we receive the US$250 deposit and a signed parent consent form.
- Each student needs a parent or guardian to sign for them.
- The group leader (usually a teacher) confirms the final student list 60 days before departure.
- We confirm every booking in writing within 2 working days.
3Prices and payments
Prices are per student in US dollars and include everything listed on the trip page. Payment plans are interest-free. The final payment is due 45 days before departure; if it is late we may release the seat after a 7-day reminder.
4Passports, visas and health
Each traveller must hold a passport valid for 6 months after the return date and any visa needed. Parents must tell us about medical conditions, allergies and medicines on the medical form.
5Behaviour on the trip
Students follow the school's code of conduct and our trip rules. A student who puts others at risk may be sent home with a chaperone at the parent's cost, after we have spoken with the parent.
6Changes and cancellations
How refunds work is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7Our responsibility
We choose suppliers with care and carry full public-liability insurance. We are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, weather or events outside our control, but we will always help your group get home safely.
