Everything parents ask us. Answered.

Payment plans, packing lists and honest answers to the questions we hear at every school meeting.

How payment plans work

1

Hold a seat

Pay a US$250 deposit online or at our office. Your child's seat is locked in.

2

Pay in parts

Split the rest into up to 6 monthly payments. No interest, no credit checks.

3

Fully paid

Final payment is due 45 days before departure. We send a receipt for every payment.

Example: Orlando, US$1,850 = US$250 deposit + 5 × US$320. Many schools also run fundraisers; we send a free fundraising kit.

Frequently asked

Who are the chaperones?

Teachers from your school plus our own trained trip leaders. Every adult has a police record check and first-aid training. We keep one adult for every 8 students.

Does my child need a passport or visa?

Yes, valid for 6 months after the trip. Orlando also needs a US visa; we run a free visa-help evening for each group.

What if my child gets sick on the trip?

Every group has a trained first-aider and full travel and medical insurance. A chaperone goes with your child to the doctor and we call you straight away.

Can I talk to my child during the trip?

Yes. Students can call home every evening, and the private parents' WhatsApp group gets photos and a check-in after every activity.

What about food allergies?

Tell us on the medical & allergy form. We brief every hotel and restaurant before the trip and a chaperone checks each meal.

What happens if we have to cancel?

The deposit secures the seat and is non-refundable. Later payments are refunded on a sliding scale, and a medical note gets a full credit for a future trip. See our Refund Policy.

What to pack

One checked bag (23 kg) and one backpack. Label everything with your child's name and school.

A parent and child on an Orlando trip
I was nervous about letting my 11-year-old fly without me. The WhatsApp updates every few hours made it easy. She is already saving for Panama.
