1How to cancel
Email trips@adventurewise.com or call +1 (876) 555-0142. A cancellation counts from the day we receive it in writing. We confirm it within 2 working days.
2Swapping a student
You can give a seat to another student from the same school for free up to 30 days before departure, as long as their passport and visa are ready.
3When refunds arrive
We refund to the card or bank account you paid from within 14 working days. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer.
4Medical reasons
If a student can't travel for a medical reason, the travel insurance included in your price may cover the rest. We help parents file the claim.
5If we change or cancel a trip
If we cancel, or make a major change (a new destination or dates more than 3 days apart), you can choose a full refund or a seat on another trip.
