1What we collect
Only what we need to run a safe trip:
- Contact details for the group leader and each parent or guardian.
- Student names, dates of birth and passport details for flights and hotels.
- Medical, allergy and dietary notes you give us on the medical form.
- Photos taken during the trip, unless a parent opts out.
2How we use it
To book flights, hotels and tickets, to look after students during the trip, and to keep parents updated. We send marketing emails only if you tick the box to receive them.
3Who we share it with
Airlines, hotels, insurers and local guides get only the details they need for your trip. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
4Photos of students
We share trip photos in a private parent album. We post photos on Instagram only of students whose parents said yes on the consent form. Ask us to remove any photo and we will do it within 2 working days.
5How long we keep it
Medical and passport details are deleted 90 days after the trip. Booking records are kept for 7 years for tax law.
6Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email legal@adventurewise.com and we will reply within 30 days.
7Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies to remember your choices (such as the site style you picked) and to keep the team signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. You can turn cookies off in your browser.
